Authentically YOU Mini Series
As a high performer, you want to be the natural leader you know you can be and to live your best life. This is a common desire among professionals, however it doesn't just happen. It requires you to look inward and be introspective to know aspects of yourself, heal, and transform. This is personal evolution, and this kind of change is not just "good", it's transformational.
But, how do cultivate your relationship inward to your authentic self? What does it mean to be authentic, to show up and lead more authentically? What does this do for you and for others around you?
In this workshop you will learn about progressive concepts and corresponding tools on mindfulness, meditation, human energy, and emotional awareness. These are aspects of the human experience that have not been taught or focused on and therefore previously neglected by most people. You can do better if you know better and this is an opportunity to gain an understanding of what makes a difference in your perspectives.
This session will be live via Zoom. You are required to be visible on video as interaction and exercises are an integral part of the experience. By signing up you agree to confidentiality of program content and participant sharing. You will also receive resources or materials to support your journey as a follow up to the series.

Developing a Meditation Practice for Type A Personalities
Typically the reason Type A's have difficulty sticking with meditation is their attachment to outcomes. There are no specific results to achieve in meditation. It is very personal and focused on the inner landscape, so nothing 'outer' will provide a sense of achievement. This can be frustrating and force people to give up - because they feel it's a waste of time if there is no immediate benefit.
That's one of the BIGGEST myths. The changes and benefits are small in the beginning. Then the shifts become more profound.
Mindfulness & Self-care to a Better Well-being
As human beings our perceptions of and reactions to the world either inhibit or empower us. Fear and anxiety are rampant in our society, and while these feelings will not go away for good, our responses to them can change our attitudes and behaviors.
