Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at erincoupe.com. Below is our shipping policy to ensure clarity and transparency for your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

 

International Shipping:

  • We don’t currently ship internationally, however if you are making a bulk order we will work with you to get the order fulfilled. Please note that customs clearance often delays delivery of most orders anywhere from an additional 7-21 days. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees would not be included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. 

 
3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination.

 
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website to monitor delivery progress.
 
5. Shipping Issues & Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but once an order is shipped, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s schedule and external conditions such as weather or carrier processing.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@erincoupe.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 
6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

 
7. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for books unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Branded merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unused, tags on, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
